客にバカラ賭博をさせる違法カジノ店を営業していたなどとして、警視庁組織犯罪対策４課は、賭博開帳図利などの疑いで、千葉県船橋市本町、カジノ店経営、木村啓作容疑者（４６）と指定暴力団住吉会系組幹部、関三津夫容疑者（６０）＝東京都葛飾区立石＝ら男計６人を逮捕した。同課によると、いずれも容疑を認めている。
